MAKE-UP POLICY

Holiday Closing: If your regularly scheduled class falls on a holiday closing, please fill out the make-up request form. Holiday make-ups may be scheduled in another scheduled class time. No credits or refunds. Due to limited space, if a scheduled holiday make-up is not attended for any reason, medical or other, the make-up will be forfeited for the rest of the session. All make-ups must take place within the current session that the class was missed.

Inclement Weather: Circumstances involving inclement weather may result in a gym closure. A notification email will be sent to all members, and an announcement will be posted on all of our social media accounts as well as our website’s homepage. If your regularly scheduled class falls on an inclement weather closing, please fill out the make-up request form. Inclement weather make-ups will be scheduled in another scheduled class time. No credits or refunds. Due to limited space, if a scheduled inclement weather make-up is not attended for any reason, medical or other, the make-up will be forfeited for the rest of the session. All make-ups must take place within the current session that the class was missed.

Regular Missed Class: Your class session fee pays to reserve your child’s spot in their specific class each week. Each class type has a safe and designated student to teacher ratio. Unfortunately, we do not have the space to reschedule a regular missed class should your child miss one or more scheduled classes throughout the session, for any reason, medical or otherwise.
