Junior Class Instructor


Applicants who are 14 - 16 years old who may have little to no working experience but are willing to assist an MLG class teacher while observing, learning and helping all necessary duties of the gym with the goal of someday becoming an official MLG Class Instructor. Applicants may have the following: Little to absolutely no work experience 1-2 years raising, babysitting or working with children Some gymnastics, cheerleading, tumlbing, acro or dance experience. A passion for helping and working with children of all ages and abilities. Job Functions: Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift to help set up class equipment and props Walking younger students to and from bathroom/water breaks Walking younger students to and from their parents if arriving late or leaving early Entertaining and or monitoring younger students while waiting in line Providing the instructor with an additional spotted station Providing special attention to any student who may need it at any given time Assist with birthday parties, day camps, skill clinics, open gym and Summer camps Hours: 4-8 hours per week Select M-F evenings and weekends Pay: $8-$10/hour In addition we offer: Paid training, background checks and certifications Flexible schedule Education and upward mobility within the program Base pay evaluations and raises Incentive bonus program




Preschool and Recreational Class Instructor


Description: Applicants who are 16+ who have a passion for gymnastics and working with children as well as a reliable and professional work ethic. Position Requirements: Extremely reliable, energetic, motivational and passionate about teaching gymnastics Ability to work mornings and/or evenings and Saturdays Experience with children Background in a sport related field (fitness, tumbling, acro, gymnastics, cheer, dance) Knowledge, ability and experience spotting beginner - advanced recreational skills Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues Possess strong leadership and time management skills Job Functions: Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift to plan and set up for class Maintain a positive and professional attitude Provide children with a safe, fun and creative class each week by utilizing all four events as well as trampoline Create custom classes by adhering to skill curriculums provided Evaluate students ability to ensure proper progression through the program Work additional birthday parties, open gym, camps, skill clinics and Summer camps Hours: Day shifts 10:30 - 11:30, 1:30 - 2:30 Evening shifts 4:00/4:30 - 8:30 Saturdays 10:30 - 1:30 and/or 1:30 - 4:00/4:30 Select Sundays 2:00-4:00 Summer Camps M-F 8:30 - 12:00 Pay: Based on prior work experience, reliability, performace and availability Starting at $9-$15/hour In addition we offer: Paid training, background checks and certifications Base pay evaluations and raises Incentive bonus program Education and upward mobility within the progam All individuals applying for employment will be subject to criminal background checks, PA clearances and will undergo reference and past employment checks.




Beginner - Advanced Recreational Tumbling Coach


Description: Applicants who are 16+ who have a passion for tumbling, helping and working with children as well as a reliable and professional work ethic. Position Requirements: Extremely reliable, energetic, motivational and passionate about teaching tumbling! Ability to work evenings and Saturdays Experience with children Background in a sport related field (fitness, tumbling, acro, gymnastics, cheer, dance) Knowledge, ability and experience spotting beginner - advanced recreational floor tumbling skills Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues Posses strong leadership as well as time management skills Job Functions: Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift to plan and set up for class Maintain a positive and professional attitude Provide children with a safe, fun and creative class each week by utilizing skill builders, tumble track, spring floor, rod floor, carpet bonded foam floor Create custom classes by adhering to skill curriculums provided Evaluate students ability to ensure proper progression through the program Hours: Evening shifts 7:30-8:30 *More to be added* Saturday Clinics 2:00-4:00 *More to be added* Pay: Based on prior work experience, reliability and availability Starting at $9-$15/hour In addition we offer: Paid training, background checks and certifications Base pay evaluations and raises Incentive bonus program Education and upward mobility within the progam All individuals applying for employment will be subject to criminal background checks, PA clearances and will undergo reference and past employment checks.




Developmental - Compulsory Team Assistant Coach


Description: Looking for candidates with an extensive background in competitive gymnastics as well as prior compulsory level coaching experience. Position Requirements: Extremely reliable, energetic, motivational and passionate about coaching competitive gymnastics Ability to work evenings and Saturdays Prior coaching experience Background in competitive gymnastics Knowledge, ability and experience spotting compulsory level skills on all four events Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues Possess strong leadership and time management skills Job Function: Arrive 15 minutes early to plan and set up for practice Coach warmup, all four events as well as strength and conditioning through a positive and professional coaching manner Be fully committed to the job year-round Attend all scheduled competitions Constantly further education within the sport Attend regional/national congress and clinics Hours: Monday - Friday evenings 4:00/5:00 - 8:00 Saturdays 9:30 - 1:30 Pay: Hourly based on prior work experience, reliability and performance In addition we offer: Paid training, background check and USAG certifications Education and upward mobility within the program Base pay evaluations and raises Incentive bonus program All individuals applying for employment will be subject to criminal background checks, PA clearances and will undergo reference and past employment checks.
