Preschool & Recreational Class Instructor

Are you passionate about gymnastics and love working with children? We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and professional individuals (ages 16 and older) to join our growing team! Position Requirements: Highly dependable, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching gymnastics Available to work mornings, evenings, and/or Saturdays Experience working with children is preferred Background in sports or movement-based activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, dance, acro, or fitness Ability to spot beginner through advanced recreational skills Strong communication skills with children, parents, and team members Excellent leadership and time management abilities Key Responsibilities: Arrive 15 minutes before your shift to plan and prepare for class Lead fun, creative, and safe classes using our skill curriculum and all four events (plus trampoline) Maintain a positive and professional environment Track student progress and skill development Participate in special events such as day camps, skill clinics, and summer camps Hours Available: Morning, Evening, Saturdays Part-time to full-time available — 2 to 35+ hours per week Pay: Hourly, based on experience, reliability, performance, and availability Perks We Offer: Paid training and certifications Criminal background checks and clearances covered Regular pay evaluations and raise opportunities Ongoing education and room for advancement within the program Note: All applicants must complete a background check, provide PA state clearances, and pass reference/employment checks.

Gymnastics Summer Camp Director

Main Line Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, organized, and confident Summer Camp Director to lead our 2026 Summer Camp program! Director will be provided with training to lead our current structured program. 📅 Program Details 8 weeks of Summer Camp Monday–Friday Hours: 8:30am – 12:15pm Daily Responsibilities Include: Opening and closing the gym each day. Leading the overall daily camp operation. Communicating clearly and professionally with staff and parents. Organizing and setting up gymnastics stations, crafts, snack area, games and activities. Supporting and guiding camp staff to ensure a fun, safe, and positive environment. Creating an engaging, structured, and high-energy camp experience for all campers. ⭐ Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership and communication skills. Organized, dependable, and proactive. Experience in gymnastics, childcare, or camp leadership preferred.
