CURRENT & PAST REGISTRATIONS
Due to COVID-19, my child missed the last three classes of Winter Session 2.
Members registered in Winter Session 2 have received a credit in your Parent Portal Account covering the cost of these three cancelled classes.
How are you handling my Spring Session enrollment?
Abiding by CDC guidelines, we must officially cancel Spring Session due to averaging more than 25 people inside the facility at one time. We are willing to credit or refund your registration, members choice. If you would like a credit instead of a refund, please email within 48 hours. If we do not receive an email, a refund will automatically process back to the credit card you paid with.
How are you handling my Summer Session enrollment?
We hope to host some if not all of Summer Session. We are willing to provide you with a full refund or credit for any Summer Session classes missed due to COVID-19. You may request a full credit/refund at any point, or continue to hold your spot in the event we are able to open the last few weeks.
Are you planning to open for Summer Camp?
Yes, we are planning to run Summer Camp weeks in the "Yellow and Green" phase. Summer Camp COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES
The back handspring and cartwheel clinic have been cancelled.
We are willing to provide you with a full refund or credit.
When will Main Line Gymnastics reopen?
Our highest priority is protecting the health and safety of our community, staff and members while abiding by Pennsylvania's Reopening Plan as well as CDC guideline restrictions. Our reopening will take place through out the Yellow and Green Phase of PA's Reopening Plan, beginning with Summer Camp.
We will only operate at low capacity to mitigate risk and abide by number restrictions. We will notify all members as soon as each individual program is permitted. As always, we are willing to provide you with a credit or refund for any missed classes due to COVID-19.
Will the Main Line experience look different?
Just as we did prior to this pandemic, Main Line will continue to hold safety, cleanliness and small class sizes as our top priority of business. Our full time staff is busy implementing new policies and procedures to be taken in regards to COVID-19 protection.

Consider requesting a full credit to your account vs. a refund. Credits may be applied to future class, camp and/or clinic registrations. Credits can also be used for a birthday party or in the lobby shop.
